A very quick and informative read. Great for curious kids who love nature and a good read along to encourage curiosity with your child. I really loved the illustrations as well. A part alludes to evolution which could be skipped over or used as a discussion point for older kids.
Opinion:
I recommend this book as a read aloud for younger kids and an independent read for older ones.
